My services can be tailored to suit what you need, whether it’s complete event management and planning where I handle everything from start to finish or event day coordination. I aim to make the whole event planning process as easy for you as possible.
Event Planning
I will work with you from the very beginning at concept stage including theme and design, budget, venue selection, custom menu and catering, sourcing and engaging event partners and vendors, ticketing and registration process.
Event Management
This is where we execute the plan and bring all the pieces together. It involves coordinating and managing the logistics of every component including compliance, staffing, health and safety, traffic management, emergency planning and bump in/out to ensure everything is in place before event day.
Event Coordination
You may have already taken care of all the planning and simply need someone to coordinate everything on the day. I will run the show on event day by directing staff and vendors to ensure everything is executed seamlessly as well as troubleshooting should any issues arise.
